I started my TikTok channel in January of 2024 with the purpose to help real estate agents. For three years, starting in 2020, my real estate experience had been on high power teams at major brokerages, collectively doing more than $1 Billion per year in sales volume. The proximity to success did not translate into a direct ability to access the knowledge and experience of the top performers. This was because most agents fall victim to a scarcity mindset - if you know what they know, then you'll be taking away from them.

This just isn't true.

I decided to remove myself from such environments and align myself with producers who shared my same mindset, one of abundance. When I took this step I was able to immediately connect with and learn from agents doing tens of billions of dollars per year in sales - collectively. I watched and took notes. I employed the systems and strategies these agents were using to build their personal brands and businesses. The more I learned, the more I wanted to share with those around me who I saw had been working hard, but lacked the access to the right information.

 

Since my professional history is in building sales organizations, teams, and individuals I felt it only right to build a venture that helped real estate agents directly. My TikTok channel is the starting point for most. It is a free resource for new agents and those that have success and are curious how others are doing things. This page has been built out of direct requests from agents via social media.

 

Agents need a place to go for actionable answers to their specific questions. My approach is to work IN and ON my clients' businesses, not simply hand them a pre-built template. Every agent works a different way, in a different market, and is looking for different results - my goal is partner with my clients as their personal business development advisor. We work together to build the disciplines required for long term success.
